At IPTV smootv, we offer digital services with immediate activation. Therefore, every order is considered final.

1. Refund Conditions

• The request is submitted within 48 hours of purchase
• A major technical problem prevents the use of the service
• The problem could not be resolved by our support

2. Non-Refundable Cases

• Service is already activated and functional

3. Trial before Purchase

After purchase, no refund will be granted if a trial was conducted.
